S.E.R.K.U. - Internal Rules of S.E.R.K.U.’s Operation

He stipulates the international technical committee of S.E.R.K.U., as well as the purviews of its members.
He designates the members of the body of examiners and their powers.
The members of the international technical committee are not necessarily official representatives of S.E.R.K.U. in their countries, for their state autonomous unions.
Every country designates an official representative in the international S.E.R.K.U, after a mutual decision by its relative members.
The organizational framework of the state unions is being decided by the member states, without being under S.E.R.K.U.’s tutelage.
The official representative bears the responsibility of a good organization and operation of his/her union, so that S.E.R.K.U.'s name and prestige is highlighted and secured.
The representatives’ role is advisory, within the spirit of co-operation and conciliation of ideas on matters involving the evolution, the prevalenceand the smooth operation of S.E.R.K.U.
All representatives are obligated to turn up to S.E.R.K.U.’s invitations concerning international seminars, at least once (1) a year.
The place and time of these international meetings is decided by the sitting representatives, a year in advance.
